From what we can figure out, these where produced in the 80s/90s as promotional and educational literature when they startled marketing heavily to partner forces in the middle east. As far as we know, we have the only remaining set of these available; when they are gone, they are gone!
These are NOS items, but may show some light aging or minute damage to edges or corners due to being in long term storage.
